PRODUCE
Grand Format Digital Printing – To meet the needs of our customers, we have built a digital print shop with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. We have two Inca Onset UV flatbed presses that prints edge-to-edge on flexible and rigid sheeted substrates up to 126″ x 63″. We have five 3-meter (118 inches) HP Latex roll-to-roll presses with up to 8-color capability, plus white ink and a spot gloss finish. We also have four HP DesignJet Z6610 Production Printers with 2400 x 1200 resolution with a 60” wide print area that has the highest resolution. All of our digital presses flawlessly execute text as small as 4 point.
Small Format Printing – Our high-speed digital presses can achieve the accuracy and consistency that your job demands. Our newest digital press is a HP Indigo 12K HD 7 Color with Factory Installed 15K Value Pack with a 29.13 x 20.07 print area. We also have a production Ricoh Pro C7110x printer for printing packing lists and instruction sheets.
Finishing – Our finishing services department handles everything from basic cutting, folding and laminating to more elaborate preparation of graphics, displays and fixtures. Our three ZUND digital cutters can cut elaborate shapes and designs. For small prints with large quantities, our Perfecta guillotine cutter is the right choice. We have two AGL 6400 thermal and pressure-sensitive laminators and an Autobond Mini 53 SD-TM-R-F thermal laminator for 29.5″ x 20.75″ sheets that can also mount different materials together. Our full range of finishing services allows us to finish every job in a manner that is easy for our customers to install the graphic or display.
FULFILL
Our shipping department handles anything from single replenishment orders to national roll-outs of seasonal promotions to thousands of retail stores. Many of which include customized kits and packaging based on the size and type of each store. Our system is extremely efficient and ensures each package arrives on-time and intact.
Our fulfillment services provide unparalleled control over our customer’s supply chain. Minimize capital investment in storage space by using our climate-controlled warehouse to consolidate your inventory of printed materials. Order your print materials as needed—via the web, email or phone. Optimize your order quantity and account for inventory through a system of rigorous controls, including pull tickets and manifests that clearly define the amount pulled from inventory and its destination; a confirmation process that tracks all warehouse activity; fast and accurate inventory counts; and a comprehensive audit trail for each item, generating reports for every aspect of transaction processing.
