HP Indigo 12K HD 7 Color with Factory Installed 15K Value Pack with a 29.13 x 20.07 print area; and a Ricoh Pro C7110x printer for printing packing lists and instruction sheets.

Two AGL 6400 thermal and pressure-sensitive laminating up to 62” wide; and an Autobond Mini 53 SD-TM-R-F thermal laminator for 29.5″ x 20.75″ sheets with foiling/sleeking option.

ENVIRONMENT

SOLAR ENERGY

Graphic Systems installed a series of solar array panels on the roof at our production plant in Minneapolis to use renewable energy to lower costs and play a part in saving our planet.

RECYCLING

Graphic Systems also recycles all waste paper and corrugate material to reduce costs and reduce land-fill waste.

HISTORY

1971

Graphic Systems gets its start by retouching transparencies that were used to create the Sunday paper advertising inserts

1990

Herm Kauls joins Graphic Systems to lead the production of grocery and retail graphics through photo enlargement

1996

Having worked out of the Whitney Building in downtown Minneapolis, Graphic Systems moves to its present location installing the first of six Durst Lamda photographic printers

2000

With the introduction of Zund’s camera registration cutters, Graphic Systems is one of the first wide format printers in the United States to install this technology

2001

Graphic Systems installs the first production Durst Rho 160 in the United States because of its environmentally responsible UV inks

2007

Graphic Systems doubles the size of its facility to meet the kitting, packaging and fulfillment needs of its national retail clients

2014

Graphic Systems installs a solar panel array on its roof to generate clean energy to reduce the cost of its graphics

2017

Steve Ferris joins Graphic Systems as its next leader, installing a second Inca Onset X Series of UV flatbed inkjet presses

2021

Graphic Systems releases a new version of its online fulfillment tool with improved maintenance and reporting tools
